    Since our products are handmade, there may be slight variations. We can guarantee that our quality does not change, even if it is slightly different from the picture.

    Which shipping companies do you work with?

    We work with Fedex and UPS companies.

    How can I return an item?

    The number of customers returning our products is almost non-existent. If for any reason you wish to return it, please contact us.

    Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

    Our products that are out of stock will be back in stock in a very short time.

    I bought your handmade products. When will you ship it?

    Since our handmade products are personalized, it may take 2-5 days for us to manufacture them. However, we often try to keep some stock on hand.
